About Start-up Picnic

Most of businesses in Ukraine suffer from ineffective relationships within a team or between business partners. How do I build strong and enduring partnership relationships based on mutual trust?
We believed that the answers to the above and other important questions laid in the minds and hearts of participants who joined us at the Start-up Picnic. That was the reason why we invited entrepreneurs, for an interactive dialogue, co-learning, knowledge, experience, and wisdom sharing, retreat and search of a true self and ways to unleash their potential, as well as for mapping out the next steps to develop themselves and their business. Every participant of our informal summit had a chance to share, receive and create:
- A mind map and a roadmap for their business start-up or for their company’s further development
- Important knowledge, instruments and a stimulus for bringing themselves and their business to the next level of development
- New contacts for building strong networks with long-term relationship, potentially partnership ones
- Practical tools, diverse experiences, and ideas shared with 100 entrepreneurs with an active social position from different parts of Ukraine as well as from other countries
During the three days of Start-up Picnic we applied innovative dialogue facilitation tools, such as:

We invited masters and practitioners of the above mentioned tools from different parts of the world to facilitate the Start-up Picnic with us. We also invited successful entrepreneurs, artists, musicians and other creative people to enrich our conversations and learning during those three days.
